This is a great idea, for many rosters!

High Elves with Catchers/Blitzers
Dark Elves Witches/Britches
Dwarves with Runners/Slayers/Blitzers

etc...

All this hate for the Human Catchers. I actually think the low str works. Because they stay as catchers and not as extra blitzers. And whilst they are soft and breakable, they are relatively cheap and come with Dodge catch out of the box. So even if you lose them they are viable from purchase.

Fluffwise I just figure they focus so much on dodging that they fail to defend themselves properly.

Shhh.. Its magic ;) ;D Nah I just figure the difference between 2 and 3 is not super significant. I explain it away as 2 being a gradient Human catchers might be 2.9 Skinks might be 2.2 either way they are a 2. It's just an excuse anyway to account for the lowered strength. :geek:

Ended up using Lizards at MOAB on the weekend, and i maintain that Hemlock is pound-for-pound one of the best stars in the game at 170k.

No stat bonuses (which would push him to 200k+) but he's a handful and great for stabbing blodging AV7 ball-carriers >:D

My vote would go to a 0-2 7337 catch, sure feet GA 80k human catcher, with the current human catcher heading over to the amazon roster instead.

On the subject of which... You cant get much more vanilla than the amazon roster, if that's your thang...

No Hands plus the ability to take Passing skills on a double.... interesting combo.

If you have no hands and gain extra arms, do the two cancel each other out?

Also, pasta and antepasta.

Italian lesson for the day: there's no such word as antepasta. It's antipasto. Pasto means dish or meal, hence antipasto being served before the meal.

I'm sure everybody is riveted by this.

Edit: oh, and the Anti part comes from the Latin ante (like in ante-meridiem) meaning before.

I must say I'm pretty happy that the 30 seconds it took me to write the Unicorn has stood up to eight hours of forum criticism with barely a scratch on her magical hooves.

Dunno? No Hands would knock the price down a bit, somewhere between 150 & 170?

Goblins are the team that all other teams aspire to.

But barring that, I'd go with the Skaven - they've got a little bit of everything.

Skaven are balanced, just watch a coach try and play defence with them. Seven turns of meek flailing and/or running away.
