That being said, Hoodie and Jersey are neck and neck

Re: New AusBowl Shirts - Round 2 - Shirt Style
Would be happy enough with either a Polo or a Jersey.
Any of the Hoodie/Sweater options etc, just don't interest me in the slightest. I just can't see myself getting any wear out of them. Admittedly part of that is my location, there'd be lucky to be 3-4 days a year where I'd bother with a jacket of any sort. But even in general, attending BB events, wouldn't you be shelling out for a jacket that you take off soon after getting to the venue and it would then just sit on a chair for the rest of the day?
Just my 2c of course.

That is why I am thinking we run this with a 1 of each option. I dont see what we can't just offer a jersey and a hoodie. People can take either one or both.
I know I would take both

Re: New AusBowl Shirts - Round 2 - Shirt Style
I voted Hoodie, because those jerseys just aren't warm enough for those winter months. If we had the option for both then I'd probably get one of each, but I'd be just as happy to see the original Jersey recreated for those who missed out last time, plus a brand new Hoodie for those who like new things. Partially that's because I own two already and don't see the need to vary from a design and colour scheme that I think works perfectly... once we get multiple jersey designs out there we lose the impact of our cohesive image at events.
If we had a Hoodie that wasn't too garish then I could see myself wearing it outside of actual events, whereas I never ever wear my Jerseys outside of tournaments. A big name and number on the back with a small chest panel logo and name on the front, in Silver/Grey and Blue... I'd absolutely love that and would wear it all the time in winter.

Nothing to see here!

I agree to an extent, I think we should always use the McLaren style that we chose the first time. I dont mind rotating the colours to have it at least vary every now and then. Kinda like a home and away jersey
Same with the hoodie or jacket. I might even get two!

I agree and, depending on price, would be interested in both. However, I agree with a previous post regarding colour; a light coloured hoodie wouldn't appeal.Carnivean wrote:I agree to an extent, I think we should always use the McLaren style that we chose the first time. I voted for jersey, but also like the hoodie, and would happily get both. But maybe whichever one we don't do this year, we do next.

Buy yourselves a jersey then move to Queensland. Solves everyone's problem.

For my 18, I'll probably only need a small or medium, not a very big guy, just put Hacker on the back.

Are we talking rugby jersey or gridiron jersey style, which is what I'd be looking for something different.
