Well I forgot! I'll do the rolls here, and you'll just have to use your imaginations for the map :)

I'll play Double Models, allowing me to activate 4 instead of 2 this turn.

1) Skelly in I4 attacks Dwarf. Dwarf is at -2 dice, 1 for being outnumbered, 1 for being hit from the rear arc.

6, 4 vs 4, 3, 1 = One Hit! Wounded Dwarf is Wounded, meaning he loses one dice permanently ;D

2) Bone Pile in I2 will Raise. Both Barb (@ -1 Dice) and Dwarf (@ -2 dice) get a free hit.

Barb: 6, 5, 3 vs 3, 3 = 3 Hits! Skelly is obliterated, not even a bone pile left behind.

3) Skelly in I3 attacks Dwarf. Dwarf isn't outnumbered but is wounded, so loses 1 Die only.

4, 1 vs 5, 4, 3, 1 = Doesn't even breach armour.

4) Skelly in I1 attacks Barb. Barb outnumbered, so -1 Die.

2, 1 vs 4, 4, 3 = Again, doesn't breach armour.

skeleton turns into a pile of bones

(I assume I count as outnumbered there? if not I can roll an extra dice.

It's not well defined currently, so I've been picturing it being like assists from players with Guard. So you take the attacker and defender, and ask if one of them has more enemies than friends "assisting". If there are more enemies than friends, it's outnumbered.

For example, when I4 attached the Dwarf, it was 2 skeletons vs 1 hero, since the Skeleton attacking wasn't next to the Barbarian. But if the one in I3 had attacked, it wouldn't have been Outnumbered because it was 2 skeletons vs 2 heroes. Make sense?

Alrighty,

I'll play Raise 1 Skeleton, raising a dude in D4.

Next I'll activate my two models. First I'll raise a dude in D1.

Then I1 will attack Barb, no modifiers. I miss so hard I can't be bothered writing the numbers.

Ignore the Necromancer's feeble insults, and keep your eyes on the prize. ;)

You guys really need to get to the door. My advice would be Dwarf attack I4, hoping for an obliteration, but even POB would suffice. If successful, Barb is then free to Break Away from his skellie via I3, and rush to the door (potential one wound - pfft! laugh it off, you're a Barbarian!). I'm not entirely sure if you can then bundle in an attack on the door at the end of your Break Away move (I'll let Virral rule that one), but even if you can't you're set up for next turn. If the Dwarf whiffs it, then Barb should simply attack.

Apologies if this advice is unwarranted, let me know if you want me to STFU. :)

I don't think you can attack after a Break Away, pretty sure it becomes your whole action.

Mwahaha yep, you need 3+ to hit a Skelly.
