Yeah we dont really have 2 or 3 votes though... tomorrow we will be down to 3 and after that someone will have won.

If you had waited until tomorrow (assuming you werent killed by the wolf at random) you could have made it a 50/50 chance with your reveal. Instead youve guaranteed that tomorrow will be a three way splut basically.

Burns idea has merit. The other option would be for the tiebreak character to also claim. That would narrow down to 2 villagers and 1 wolf, and bring us back to a 50/50 shot for tomorrow since the wolf cant kill them both.
Nothing to see here!

I like the idea from virral, with the claim from the character that will leave the same options. Either counter claim and revealing himself. Or not and trying to manipulate the votes against the other villagers.

Vote joeKano

I'm not sure if he is good or bad but as there is only one bag guy. At least one of the previous votes are from a good guy.
Well I'm not the healer so I wouldn't claim that.

OK numbers.

I die. We have one wolf one healer and 2 villagers one of which is tie breaker.

Night healer is killed ( what's the timing heal first die later or just die and can't use roll) leaving 1 wolf, 1 hero villager I ordinary villager.

Crap shoot.

Ok boss villager ha to reveal. This causes

Me die then healer then tomorrow either claim and counter claim 50/50 crap shoot for the bun declared villager.

Yuk I dunno what's the best option.

Not really,

I have claimed healer. 4 options left, claim boss villager, 3 options left, last three players start talking and we can make a decision from there.

Its a 1in3 chance in picking the wolf. 50/50 next round. Will have this sorted in 2 votes.

I like burn's idea, it allows us to narrow the field a bit. I'm never much good at the numbers game though. It would seem to me to make sense for both good characters to claim in order to narrow down the field a bit, although I guess that opens up targets for the wolf. Maybe best for the captain/hero/whatever to wait until after the first night. Assuming we're down to three and the captain isn't lynched (I would assume the wolf will target whitetail as healer), that basically creates a 50:50 shot at it (or am I wrong somewhere?).

I just re-read the posts and I think this is pretty much what Virral said above. So much for being original. :-\

Ok so I tied vote.

Joe has claimed a normal villager.
Me Healer.
Virral?
Sindex?
Burn?

So if the Hero comes forth with no counter claim it will be easy to narrow down the three possible options. But without the hero claiming there leaves 4 possible options. With 5 players were cant set up a 50 / 50 split.

whitetails, I'm not entirely sure we can trust...

...your maths.

Think about it. 5 now. 1 gets lynched and 1 gets eaten overnight. That leaves 3.

Assuming the healer is eaten (that's you BTW) and Joe is lynched, Virral, burn and myself will remain.

If the captain reveals himself he will be off the lynching squad (assuming no counterclaim) but probably end up on the supper menu (assuming the wolf is not lynched in the 50:50).

If there is a counterclaim it sets up a slightly weirder situation, but it's still 50:50 because we can presume the innocence of the player who is not involved, making it 50:50 on the two claimants instead.

Actually yeah, if the captain reveals, then if the wolf claims we make a 50/50 between them (although with an uneven number of players and one of them unwilling to cooperate, that might be tricky) and captain chooses the wolf to be lynched.
If the wolf doesn't claim then he's hiding among 3 dudes... we take the crap-shoot and healer protects the captain overnight.

Ooh plan. I get lynched them healed then healer dies. We still at 3 to 1.

Then boss villager reveals and the other guy counter claims we both go 2 votes on each boss claimant the one who does has to be the wolf as the boss real breaks ties.

i think that plan could work guys, we effectively would get a no lynch for day 1. a kill for Night 1, and then the wolf has to be decided.

The wolf is never going to counter claim boss villager, it would be suicide. It also makes no sense lynching then healing you to be frank.

It makes me think we are on the right path lynching you actually.

Was kinda hoping the wolf wouldn't realise the flaw and step forward with the claim so hadn't mentioned the flaw but hey whatever lets just put it all out there.

Well what's your grand strategy for out in the wolf on day two when it's 1 boss villager 1 villager and the traitor?

Are you serious? You explained the flaw in your suggestion!

I dont think we can do better than a 50/50 chance on day 2 personally

The flaw was pretty obvious. The wolf could decide between a 50:50 or a 1 in 3 chance. I'm not entirely sure I trust either of you at this stage, but I still like the idea of lynching JoeKano.
