Ok, Overlord time. I draw one card (my only card, stupid failed overlord token checks grumble grumble)

I spawn the Master Reaver on D13.

I activate the Merriods.

The Master steps forward to J7, expanding to I7/J8. He flails wildly at Reynhart and Alric.

Attack: 5 Damage vs 1 Defence each = 4 Damage each (ooo you lucky devil One_Eye!)

Master Merriod moves back to J6/K7.

Minion Merriod steps forward to I8, expanding to H7/I8. He attacks Reynhart.

Attack: Frankly, Reynhart gets pulverized :-* Reynhart is KO'ed, I draw 1 card and take 1 token. One more token to trigger the alarm!

Ok, next the Reavers activate. The Master uses Skirmish to end up in B13 and attack Jain (there are multiple ways I can do this taking three steps, feel free to fill in the blanks however you'd like :-* )

Attack: 5 Damage (1 from Surge) vs 0 Defence = 5 Damage. Jain burns all 4 stamina to reduce it to 1 Damage.

He then attacks again thanks to Ravage.

Attack: Miss!

Now the Minion Reaver moves to C12 and attacks Jain.

Attack: 2 Damage, Pierce 2 from Surge and a Wasted Surge vs 1 Defence = 2 Damage.

Minion Reaver keeps moving to B14.

Note: I havent added the armour to Jain's screen yet but I did remember to roll the brown die for defence :)

Range 3(Good) 3 damage + 1 surge (damage) = 4 damage - 4 defence = 0 net damage.

Just for clarity, it's 5HP total because I get +2HP for my Brute skill when revived

Ok, Overlord time. I draw a card, puts me on three.

The Minion Merriod spawns on C12/D13.

I activate the Merriods first.

The Minion Merriod moves to G10, expands to G10/H11. He attacks Alric with Flail.

Attack: 2 Damage vs 1 Defence = 1 Damage.

The Master Merriod moves to K8, expands to J8/K9 (one move). He flail attacks Alric and Jain.

Attack: 5 Damage vs 0 Defence (Alric) and 2 Defence (Jain). I play Dirty Fighting on Alric, adding one Surge and Pierce 1 to the attack.

This makes it 7 Damage (2 from Surge) vs 0 Defence (Alric) and 1 Defence (Jain). Alric takes 7 damage, Jain takes 6. Jain is KO'ed, I draw one card and one Overlord token.

THE ALARM SOUNDS! Bawooogah, bawooooooogah! Intruder alert! Intruder alert! (imagine I have an exclamation point over my head).

A Minion Volucrix Reaver spawns on H4 and P5. Lord Merrick Farrow spawns on N7 and yells "What are you dirty peasants doing touching my things? Get your hands off that gold you manure eating dogs!"

Ok, now time for the Reavers to activate.

Minion Reaver in B14 double moves to J10.
Master Reaver moves to F10, and Skirmishes to I9 to attack Alric.

Attack: 2 Damage (1 from Surge) and Pierce 2 from Surge vs 0 Defence = 2 Damage. Alric is KO'ed, I draw a card and receive one Overlord token.

The Reaver in H4 moves to I7, and then skirmishes to G8 (H7-H8-G8 if you're interested) to attack Quellen.

Attack: 4 Damage vs 1 Defence = 3 Damage.

The Reaver in P5 steps to N8 (3 move), opens the door, and then steps to L8.

Finally I activate Lord Merrick. He steps to J7 (avoiding the Water space in L7) and attacks Reynhart.

Attack: Range 3 (good), Damage 6 (1 from Surge) vs 0 Defence = 6 Damage. Reynhart is KO'ed, I gain one token and draw 1 card.

I end my turn with five cards.
