DarthProph - I will have lots of team with me, you are welcome to borrow any of them, just as long as it is not the one I am using!

Please note everybody, it looks like we have 7 participants at the moment, if so, this means we will be able to play the full 6 rounds.

All the best

Paul

DarthProph - please note my place is just next to the airport (2 minutes drive or a short walk), should you be tempted to join us for dinner on the Friday night.

All the best

The NAF confirms that RemarkaBowl appears to be the southernmost BB tourney held to-date.

Another record.

Woohoo!

Thanks, Steve, 7 rounds if necessary, but 6 for each participant (everyone to sit out one round).

Thanks, Rabid -

So we have 5 fish eaters, 1 carnivore and 1 vego.

No worries, easily done.

There will likely be a change to the tourney schedule, to accommodate 7 rounds instead of 6.

I will discuss tonight over dinner, no worries, I will keep it simple.

If we have 7 rounds, and everyone has 1 bye, this will enable Rabid to have a bye when he is due to pick up his son.

I may auction the bye on Sunday morning, lol.

All the best.

OK, here are the standings after day 1 and the customary gnashing of teeth:

Points/NAF name/(games played)/win-draw-loss/TDs/CAS/(kills)/race

6 Gnome (3) 3-0-0/8-1/11-7 (0-1) Necros

6 Rabid (4) 3-0-1/6-8/9-10 (1-1) Norse

4 Fnord (3) 1-2-0/5-4/16-2 (4-1) Dwarfs

3 Brunificus (4) 1-1-2/5-6/9-15 (1-0) Gobbos

2 Creature (3) 1-0-2/4-4/3-11 (1-2) Darkies

2 DarthProph (4) 0-2-2/2-5/8-11 (1-3) Slann

1 smeborg (3) 0-1-2/2-4/8-8 (1-1) Nurgle

Commentary superfluous, except to say that Gnome is obviously slacking, being the only player with 0 kills.

All the best.

Paul

Even better, you beat me, which I believe is my first ever tournament loss to a stunty team with any race.

I tried my best in the last round to beat Gnome, but alas Necros are always a hard match-up for Nurgle. Had I won the match (I was never even close) it would have given the trophy to the other Paul (who would have tied on points with Gnome, but beat him head-to-head).

All the best

After another fine day of gnashing of teeth and scintillating conversation, the following RESULTS miraculously appeared (and the official published tie-breaking system worked!):

Place/coach/points/win-draw-loss/TDs/CAS/(kills)/race

1st/Gnome/10/5-0-1/13-4/16-11/(0-2)/Necro
2nd/Creature/8/4-0-2/12-6/8-18/(1-2)/DE
3rd/DarthProph/6/2-2-2/8-7/13-17/(1-4)/Slann
4th/Fnord22/6/2-2-2/7-8/23-6/(7-2)/Dwarf
5th/Rabid_Bogscum/6/3-0-3/7-11/13-15/(2-3)/Norse
6th/Brunificus/3/1-1-4/7-14/14-22/(2-0)/Gobbos
Glorious 7th/3/1-1-4/5-9/12-9/(1-1)/Nurgle

[Please notify me if any of the above results appear incorrect. Pleas also be patient regarding data entry to the NAF, as I have a busy schedule this week, BB is not my only major hobby.]
