I was talking to Bill and he pointed out that if he couldnt play in the upcoming one dayer then Brendan would pass him for most NAF games played in tournaments. Thought I would have a look at the stats and make note of every coach in Australia that has played more than 100 NAF ranked games.

But I missed out on 6 games from EucBowl 2005 & 3 games from Massive Bowl in Melbourne.

So the Gnome is not the true leader, even though he missed the 3 games from Massive Bowl as well.

But he will be soon unless i start travelling again.....

And the only reason he is close at all is because I miss games being the organiser

SSB 2012 is a good time to get back on that travel horse! ;)

Out of curiosity, I looked at my record: 19 games from 4 tournaments. Just a few to go before I get to 100!

I missed SSB 2009 due to being the organiser/odd man out and only got to play 4 games at SSB 2012 for the same reason. Unfortunately the 2 ADBC's and the Hindley Beach Bowl tournaments didn't count for NAF either, otherwise I'd be around the 40 game mark.

You missed me on your list.
I was once called ScottyM but changed to Sledge after the world cup. I have 140 NAF ranked games in 25 tournaments (57/33/50)

More tournaments definitely (especially if you only count NAF official ones), but EucBowl only has a 3 year head start on SSB. Being relatively close to Canberra probably helps too.

euc bowl maybe... but cancon has run for ages.. I was surprised to see Tommy Dean in the list but he's got some strange old tournaments in there well before euc bowl

sorry Scotty..... I went off memory of players and then went down the lists starting from rankings... I might have missed people with rough tournament records

That's fine. I haven't done so good in the last few tourneys. I seem to have used most of my luck in the world cup

I should only be down for 42 tournies (pending 43 for CTC). I never made it to Mountainbowl :( and am down for the 3rd one in 01/11/2008.

Lost about 7 games from non-NAF at various tournies, and another 6 from EUCBOWL 2005 where I failed to sign up. I regret not doing so, as I now have no record to prompt the memory about that rude shock of a tournie where my poor humies got slapped around hard.

Discounting ACT
A total of 65 of my NAF games are from Interstate/ (incl 18 from Over seas WC1 and WC2)

Including ACT
A total of 106 of my NAF games are from Interstate/ (incl 18 from Over seas WC1 and WC2)

Only repeat tournie I've never missed/ attended everyone = EUCBOWL :) , (well and the WC ;) )

It was the first one in 04 actually, I ran woodies & came 9th - at that stage (I think it was my 3rd tourney) I thought NAF membership needed to be current for the games to count - silly me.

I'm on 92 NAF-ranked matches, should be over the ton by the end of July

Missing 19 matches in NAF tournaments though - 6 from my first tournament when I didn't sign up, 13 from non-NAF opponents.

All going according to plan, my 200th NAF game will be the last round at Euc Bowl and the 24th team will be at MOAB! :)

I'm pretty sure all three of my opponents yesterday are NAF members, so I am currently on exactly 100 matches (97 in the system and three not yet submitted). I also managed to get my 24th race played against in NAF matches in match #99.
