Re: Leviathan 2012

Sorry guys, but my 'almost certainly' has turned into an 'almost certainly not' due to moving house. Unless something implodes in the buying process in the next week then I'm out... which for the sake of going I hope it does, but for the sake of my time, money and sanity, I hope doesn't. Absolutely ...

Re: Undercoat sprays, flocks, dullcoats?

I went to Mitre 10 today and they didn't have any in stock but there was still a space for it on the shelves. I put my name down and they're going to order some in for me so as far as I know it is still available for sale. That's good to know. I might go into the York St (City) branch and see what ...

Re: Undercoat sprays, flocks, dullcoats?

Sorry to bring this up again - any clues on where in Sydney sells the Wattyl as a spray? Presumably it's the "Water based gloss and satin Estapol clears" I'm looking for?

I had a trawl around the Mitre10 stores in the City and they only had the brush on stuff.

Re: Undercoat sprays, flocks, dullcoats?

Thanks everyone, you've been really helpful. Looks like I'll be heading to GW at lunchtime and tracking down my nearest Mitre10 when I have a spare weekend.

Undercoat sprays, flocks, dullcoats?

As the topic suggests, I'm wondering what people here use for a few modelling bits. When I left the UK I got rid of just about everything I owned model related, so have had to slowly rebuild my stocks over the last few months since I decided that TT was for me. I don't think I can borrow other peopl...

Re: Cancon 2012 - Results

Brilliant weekend, thanks for organising it Drakeular. Couldn't of wanted more. Any chance of the full results being published? Would love to see who and what topped the table. I know roughly where I finished (who am I kidding, I know exactly where I finished) but would be good to work out where eve...

I guess you could call him black too, but that would be racist? Everything else is just a good Republican party line!

Are the Asians (Mexicans?) stealing jobs too? Should the government get out of peoples lives?

Love it :)

Re: Protect-IP / SOPA Act in the USA

Prefix: I haven't been following the debate all that closely, but it sounds like it's just another web blocking argument, in which case... It's a horrible response to "The internet is a free utopia! Lets put anything we want on it, even things that are illegal!". This country is no better (and neith...

Re: New AusBowl Shirts - Round 2 - Shirt Style

I like the look of these; I was jealous seeing other people in them.

Would be very interested in one; jersey, #19 (if available, otherwise I'd like #26), probably a medium. I'm tall but no porker.

*stamps feet* Top job. Great venue, good competition, fun people.

Thanks for letting everyone trample your house, eat your food, crap in your toilet and have a jolly good time. Lets do it all again soon*.

* Soon defined as once I win the raffle and have a team to play with :)
